The fees listed or referenced on this website by Maximum Mini Storage are provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect all charges that may apply to a tenant’s account. Fees may include, but are not limited to, rent, late fees, administrative fees, lock-cut fees, gate damage fees, cleaning or disposal fees, fees related to lien enforcement or Chapter 59 seizure and public sale proceedings, and other charges permitted under the Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement or applicable law.
All fees and fee amounts are subject to change without notice and may vary based on unit type, rental terms, account status, or facility policies. The listing of any fee on this website does not constitute a waiver of any rights, a modification of any rental agreement, or a guarantee that such fee will apply in every circumstance. In the event of any conflict between the fees listed on this website and the fees set forth in a tenant’s executed Self-Service Storage Rental Agreement, addenda, or applicable law, the terms of the executed Rental Agreement and applicable law shall control.
Use of this website constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Fee Disclosure.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE A one-time, non-refundable fee charged at the time of move-in, to cover account setup, documentation, access authorization, initial lock for unit, and administrative processing. This fee is not rent and does not apply to future rental charges . This fee is currently $25.00
LATE FEES. Monthly Rental Due Day is the 1st day of the month. Late charges will be assessed under the following schedule.
- 1st late charge if balance not received by the 5th day of the month- $10.00
- 2nd late charge if balance is not received by the 16th day of the month- $20.00
RETURNED PAYMENT CHARGE. Returned items (checks & electronic payments) from any financial institution- $25.00.
CHARGE FOR RETURNED MAIL. Failing to provide a address change and mail is returned-$5.00
LEAVING SPACE UNLOCJKED.
- Initial Charge: Locking space when unlocked or improperly locked-$10.00
- Failure to Correct: Charge per day if Tenant fails to correct lock situation after 7-daysnotice- $ 1.00/day
CHAPTER 59-SEIZURE CHARGES
- Removing Tenant's Lock-$40.00
- Overlocking Tenant's space or chaining/booting property-$10.00
- Sending Statutory Notice of Claim - $20.00
- Running Statutory Notice in Newspaper Advertising Sale- $35.00
- Conducting Foreclosure Sale- $35.00 or the actual costs of such sale, whichever is higher.
EVICTION. Filing and eviction suit- $ 300.00 plus attorneys' fees and or court costs
MOVE-OUT CHARGES. Charges for damage or failure to perform required cleaning or move-out duties:
- Sweep Space: $15.00
- Removal of Items: greater of $5.00 per item or actual cost,
- Repairs to Walls: $7.50 per square foot (minimum $25.00)
- Repair to Door: actual cost
- Failure to Remove Lock: $40.00 per lock or device
